Dynamic Lists
Use dynamic lists to group lead, contact, or customer company records based on specified criteria. You can then create static marketing lists from these dynamic lists without manually selecting the records.
- Create – crm_sales, crm_manager, crm_marketeer, crm_admin, crm_pam, admin.
- Update, delete – crm_admin, admin. Users with the crm_sales, crm_manager, crm_marketeer, crm_pam, crm_presale roles can edit and delete active dynamic lists for which they are the Owner or their delegate.
Create a dynamic list
To create a dynamic list, complete the steps below:
- Navigate to CRM → Marketing → Marketing Lists.
- Click Create dynamic list and fill in the fields.
- Click Save or Save and exit to apply the changes.

The list is updated dynamically: every time a new record that meets the condition appears, it is added to the list, and if one of the old records no longer meets the condition, it is deleted from the list. |

Manage a dynamic list
Navigate to CRM → Marketing → Dynamic Lists and open the Dynamic List group to see previously created dynamic lists. Open a dynamic list record form to manage it. The following UI-actions are available on the form:
- Reassign – click to open the Reassign dynamic list modal window, where you can specify a new Owner.
- Open records list – click to open the list of active records included in the dynamic list in a new tab.
- Create marketing list – click to form a static marketing list from the current line-up of the dynamic list and proceed to the created record. The marketing list will only contain the records included in the dynamic list at the moment of the marketing list's creation, which is, those that met the Filtering condition. The creator of the marketing list will be specified as the Owner. You can create more than one marketing list from one dynamic list record.
