Product Achievements

Add records to the Product Achievement (crm_product_achievement) table to register the progress of advancement and promotion of your company's products and services in the system.

tip

Roles required:

• Create, edit – crm_sales, crm_manager, crm_marketeer, crm_admin, crm_certificate_manager, crm_pam, admin.
• Read – any user with an "out-of-the-box" B2B CRM role.
• Delete – crm_admin, admin.

To create a product achievement, complete the following steps:

1. Navigate to CRM → Marketing → Product Achievements.
2. Click New and fill in the form fields.
3. Click Save or Save and exit to apply the changes.

Product Achievement form fields

Field	Mandatory	Description
Name	Y	Specify the product achievement name.
Type	N	Select the achievement type. Available options: Certification Audit Rating inclusion Analytical report inclusion Register inclusion Compliance with a standard Award/Nomination Regulatory compliance Other
Service/Product	N	Specify a product or service for which you create the achievement.
Sales direction	N	Specify a sales direction the achievement belongs to. The field is completed automatically with the first found sales direction of the current user. You can change this value.
Responsible	N	Specify an employee responsible for the achievement. The field is completed automatically with the current user. You can change this value.
Content	N	Specify the content related to the achievement.
Description	N	Add the achievement description.
Link to achievement or event	N	Specify an external link to the achievement or an event related to it.
Tags	N	Specify the tags related to the achievement.
State	N	Select the current achievement state. Available options: New – the achievement record is added but has not been worked on yet. Planned – the achievement receiving is planned. In progress – the work on receiving the achievement is in progress. Received – the achievement has been received and is relevant at the moment. Expired – the achievement has been received but is no longer relevant. Failed to receive – the achievement was not received.
Image	N	Add an image illustrating the achievement.
Expected receiving date	N	Specify the expected receiving date of the achievement.
Receiving date	N	Specify the actual receiving date of the achievement.
Expiration date	N	Specify the date when the achivement stops being relevant.

The Activity Feed widget is located on the saved record form with the Additional Comments and Work Notes tabs.

• Publications – the list of publications in which the same content item as the one in the achievement is specified.
