Partners

You can create partner companies to connect them to the leads, opportunities, and contacts of representatives from these companies. By default, only active partners are displayed in the list interface.

Access to partners


The creation is allowed to all roles from the table below. The deletion is prohibited. Deactivate irrelevant partner records.

  • Partners where the user is an account manager or the Manager of the account manager.

Create a partner


To create a Partner (crm_partner), complete the steps below:

  1. Navigate to CRM → Partner Management → Partners.
  2. Click New and fill in the fields.
  3. Click Save or Save and exit to apply the changes.

Partner form fields

General tab

Full nameNFull legal name of the company received through an integration. The field is read-only. It is empty if:
  • There is no active integration with a service providing this information, for example, DaData, on your instance.
  • The TIN is not specified for the company.
  • The company with the specified TIN was not found in the integrated external system.
  • An error occurred in the integration service.
NameYAdd a unique company name.

If the DaData integration is active, the field is completed automatically after the record is created or if the TIN is changed. The system overwrites the field value if it differs from the external service data.

TINYSpecify the company's TIN. The value must contain 9, 10 or 12 digits. The TIN must be unique.

If the DaData: Company by TIN and DaData: Company by email integrations are active and a company with the specified TIN is not found in the external service, the system searches for the company with the specified Email. If such a record is found, the field is overwritten automatically after the record saving.

Short technical nameNSpecify a unique name to define the partner in integrations. You can use Latin letters and digits.
ClassYThe field shows the only possible value: Partner.
Main contactNSpecify the main contact in this company.
ResponsibleNSpecify an employee responsible for the partner company.
LogoNUpload a company logo. You can attach a file in the .svg, .png, .webp, .avif or .jpg format. no more than 300 KB.
Link to document folderNSpecify a link to the document folder for the company.
Parent companyNSpecify a parent company of the partner.
DescriptionNAdd a description of the partner.
Location tab

Location (city)NSpecify the company's location. You can search by the name of the city.
State/Province/RegionNThe region where the company is located. The field is filled in automatically when you specify the Location (city).
CountryNThe country where the company is located. The field is filled in automatically when you specify the Location (city).
CityNThe city where the company is located. The field is filled in automatically when you specify the Location (city).
Zip/Postal codeNZip/Postal code of the company. The field is filled in automatically when you specify the Location (city).
StreetNThe street where the office of the company is located. The field is filled in automatically when you specify the Location (city).
Contacts tab

PhoneNThe contact phone of the partner.

If the DaData integration is active, the field is completed automatically after the record is created or if the TIN is changed. If the value specified is different from the data received from the external service, it is overwritten.

EmailNThe contact email of the partner.
Product page linkYThe partner company website. The link must be unique.
External Data tab

All fields of this section are completed automatically if there is an active DaData integration. When records are created or when the TIN value changes, the system synchronizes with DaData and overwrites the field values on this tab. If there is no data for the specified TIN in the external service, and it is impossible to get the data using Email (in case the DaData: Company by email integration is active) as well, the values of these fields remain unchanged.

note

There is a Class column inherited from the Customer Company (crm_customer_company) table. It is hidden from the Partner form and is filled in automatically with the Partner value.

The form contains the Activity Feed widget. Only users with the crm_marketeer, crm_admin, crm_sales, crm_manager roles can leave comments there.

  • Contacts – the contacts from this company.
  • Opportunities – the opportunities in which this company participates as a partner.
  • Partnership Agreements – the partnership agreements in the Valid or Terminated state created for this company.
  • Actions – the list of actions such as CRM tasks, phone calls, meetings, and emails created for this partner.
  • CRM Tasks – tasks created for this partner.
  • Phone Calls – phone calls created for this partner.
  • Meetings – meetings created for this partner.
  • Emails – emails created for this partner.
  • Certificates – the certificates issued to the contacts of this company.

Open CRM → Partner Management → Partners to see existing partners. Open the necessary Partner record. Click Activate / Deactivate to change the value of the Active parameter for the partner. Inactive partners are hidden from the default list interface, and they cannot be added to a marketing list. The action is available for the users with the crm_manager role.
