Improvements

Partner portal

  1. Now, you can configure the tabs and columns displayed in the history of the partner portal Activity Feed on the forms of opportunities and opportunity registrations. You can find detailed information about the configuration of the CRM Activity Feed Partner Portal widget in the documentation.
  2. The Closure date field of the opportunity form is now read-only for the portal users.
  3. We have enabled the versioning for the Sales Direction Portal table. Now the creation, update and deletion of the table records can be added to the local packages during the development.
  4. We have shortened the titles of the partner portal entities in Russian.

Lead form

  1. We have added a new Record URL column that contains the link to the created lead. It allows the users to instantly open the required record when they download the report without having to search for it in the system.
  2. Now a contact of type Company is automatically created when a lead with the completed Company name, Company website, and Company TIN fields is qualified.
  3. We have modified the table ACL rules: a user with the crm_marketeer role now can edit the Marketing campaign field of an active lead.
  4. We have added unfixed reference qualifiers, autocomplete, automatic clearing, and change of mandatory attribute for the following lead form fields:

Existing companyThe field becomes mandatory if the New company checkbox is cleared. The default dictionary contains active records from the Customer company table with the Client relationship type.
Partner company
  • If the current field is empty and the Partner representative field is completed, the current field is completed automatically with the active partner company the representative is related to.
  • If the current field and the Partner representative field are completed, the default dictionary contains the active partner company the representative is related to.
  • If the Partner representative field is empty, the default dictionary contains all active partner companies.
Partner representative
  • If the Partner company field is completed, the default dictionary contains active representatives of the specified partner.
  • If the Partner company field is empty, the default dictionary contains active representatives of any partners.
Sales direction
  • If the Responsible field is completed, the default dictionary contains sales directions of the responsible employee.
  • If the Responsible field is empty, the default dictionary contains sales directions of the current user.
  • If the Responsible field is empty and the current user has the crm_admin role, the default dictionary contains all sales directions.
Responsible
  • If the Sales direction field is completed, the default dictionary contains active employees of the specified sales direction.
  • If the Sales direction field is empty, the default dictionary contains active employees of the current user's sales direction.
  • If the Sales direction field is empty and the current user has the crm_admin role, the default dictionary contains all active employees.
Service/Product
  • If the Sales direction field is completed, the default dictionary contains services and products related to the specified sales direction.
  • If the Sales direction field is empty, the dictionary is empty.
Location (city)The default dictionary contains locations of the City level.
CompetitorsThe default dictionary contains active records of the Customer Company table with the Competitor relationship type.
Decision makerThe field becomes non-mandatory if the Contact person level field is set to Decides single-handedly. The default dictionary contains active records of the Customer Contact table related to the company specified in the Existing company field.

Opportunity form

  1. We have added a new Record URL column that contains the link to the created opportunity. It allows the users to instantly open the required record when they download the report without having to search for it.

  2. The Close as won UI-action is now available to the manager of the responsible employee when the opportunity is in the Open status and the progress status is In progress.

  3. Now, when a lead is disqualified with the Demand is not generated disqualification code, the Power field of the created opportunity is automatically filled in with the value of the Decision maker field.

  4. Now, when an opportunity is closed as lost and the Competitor field is completed, the Comment field becomes non-mandatory. If the Comment field is completed, the Competitor field becomes non-mandatory.

  5. We have hidden the Documents field from the opportunity form.

  6. When a contract is created from the opportunity form, the contract fields are automatically completed with the values of the opportunity fields. You can edit them.
