My Work in CRM

A new navigator category My Work in CRM has been added. It contains links to the CRM application tables and boards with the filters pre-configured for the work of users with specific roles in the application.

Access to the pages of the My Work in CRM category is limited by user roles: the users can only view the pages they have access to.

Leads, Opportunitiescrm_sales, crm_manager, crm_pam:
  • The tables contain active records of the user's sales direction for which the current user or their subordinate is specified as the Responsible or Owner.
crm_marketeer:
  • The tables contain active records of the user's sales direction.
Customer Companiescrm_sales, crm_manager, crm_pam, crm_marketeer:
  • The table contains active records for which the current user, their subordinate, or any employee of the same sales direction is specified as the Responsible.
Company Groupscrm_sales, crm_manager, crm_pam, crm_marketeer:
  • The page content is the same as the Customer Companies, but the records in the list are grouped by Parent company.

A new CRM task kanban board has been developed for the My Work in CRM category. The board displays cards in the Open, In progress, and Completed states. It makes working with the tasks more intuitive and efficient.

Apart from that, we have added options for the main instance page with pre-configured dashboards that will help the application users with specific roles complete tasks more efficiently. The dashboards include the reports relevant for the users with specific positions. Access to the main page options is limited by roles.

The dashboard reports are currently only available in Russian.

Opportunities

New fields

A new crm.currency.default system property has been added. Use it to specify the default currency in the Currency field of opportunities.

Update of closing opportunity modal windows

  • Close opportunity as won: If the Estimated revenue, Estimated margin fields are completed, their values are automatically specified in the Actual revenue and Actual margin fields. You can change them.
  • Close opportunity as lost: The Competitor field may become non-mandatory not only if the Comment is specified, but also if the Canceled option is selected in the Status reason field.

Apart from the changes listed above, we have updated the texts of the Opportunity form and modal windows for more convenience and precision.

Leads
  • If the New company or New contact checkbox is selected, and a lead is qualified or disqualified with the Demand is not generated disqualification code, a company or contact record is created. Corresponding toast messages are displayed on the form. The messages contain links to the created records.

  • The validation of the Company TIN field value has been added: it must contain 9, 10 or 12 digits. The values of the Company TIN, Company name and Company website are validated to ensure they are unique. This will help avoid creating duplicates.

  • If the Decides single-handedly option is selected in the Contact person level field, the Decision maker field becomes non-mandatory.

  • The widgets of qualification and disqualification with the Demand is not generated disqualification code have been optimized. The toast messages that appear on the form at the qualification or disqualification have been improved.

  • Some fields now become non-mandatory when a lead is disqualified with the Non-target client, Non-commercial interest, and Impossible to contact disqualification codes.

Additionally, we have updated the texts of the Qualify lead and Disqualify lead modal windows.

Partner management
  • A new CRM Tasks related list has been added to the Partnership Agreement form, and the new related record type is added for the tasks themselves – Partnership agreement.

  • A new field has been added to the Partnership Agreement form – Expiration date, where the user can specify the date on which the agreement needs to move to the Expired state.

  • We have added notifications sent to the Responsible user of the partnership application. It is sent on the expiration date and one, two, and three months before the expiration of the agreement. The notifications are only sent for the Valid agreements at the work days.

  • New fields have been added to the Partnership Program form:

    • Vendor – the vendor company for this partnership program.
    • Link to partner portal – the field is completed automatically if the partner portal is created.
    • Company ID in the vendor system – a unique identifier of the partner company in the vendor system.
  • The Partner field of the Partnership Program form can now refer to the records of the Partner (crm_partner), Customer Company (crm_customer_company), and Company (org_company) tables. If a record from some table other than Partner (crm_partner) is specified, the contacts related to the partnership agreement are not able to authorize on the partner portal.

Customer Company and Partner forms

The Relationship type field has been hidden from the Customer Company and Partner forms. The options of this field are added to the Class field, and now only this field is visible on the Customer Company form. Both Relationship type and Class fields are hidden from the Partner form.

Fixes

DEF0020201: We have fixed the issue because of which the partner portal users were able to select contacts of all partners in the Partner representative field when they created an opportunity registration. Now, the dictionary contains only the contacts of the company to which the user belongs.
