HRMS (Human Resource Management System) is a comprehensive personnel management solution designed to help companies automate and optimize various HR functions.
The HRMS application implements a service-oriented approach to HR activities through a service catalog hosted on a service portal, which serves as a central hub for interaction between service requesters and providers.
For the convenience of service providers, the system allows the use of both the agent interface and the service portal, within the scope of the "out-of-the-box" solution.
With HRMS, your organization can coordinate recruitment efforts and manage the overall efficiency of the hiring process.
HRMS enables the processing of service requests related to personnel documentation and other HR-related workflows.
The HRMS documentation is divided into two primary sections, along with a dedicated sections for the application's deployment and its update history:
- The Deployment and Settings subsection provides information on HRMS application deployment and the contents of its demo data.
- The Agent Interface section focuses on the settings and deployment of the HRMS application as well as to the work of HR services providers in the agent interface.
- The Service Portal section focuses on service requesters. The section is also useful for service providers who use the service portal instead of the agent interface, but within the scope of the "out-of-the-box" solution.
- The Release Notes section contains the history of the HRMS application updates.
