Loyalty Card

The main information about loyalty card holders and corporate currency accounts is stored in the Loyalty Card (hrm_loyalty_card) table.

The account balance is also displayed in the employee profile in the Loyalty Card widget on the portal. Read more in the Service Portal – Loyalty Card article.

Roles required:

  • Read:
    • users can view the balance of their own accounts.
    • managers of all levels can view the balance of their subordinates.
    • hrm_agent can view the balance of all employees.
  • Create, update, delete – admin.

To view the list of all cards, navigate to Human Resource Management → Loyalty Program → Loyalty Cards.

Loyalty Card form fields​

FieldDescription
EmployeeThe field is read-only and references the employee record to which the loyalty card belongs.
BalanceThe field displays the current balance of the loyalty card in corporate currency.
