HRMS allows you to store employee skills, maintain a history of the employee's interactions with the company, and collect feedback from an employee or peer feedback about the employee.

📄️ Employment Contract
The information about the employment contracts registered in the system is stored in the Employment Contract (hrm_employment_contract) table. Using this table you can track changes in the work relations between your company and its employees as well as the history of employment changes.
📄️ Employment Change
The information about the employment changes registered in the system is stored in the Employment Change (hrm_employment_change) table. The records of this table contain information about changes in the work relations between your company and its employees.
📄️ Employee History
Main information about the work-related changes registered in the system is stored in the Employee History (hrm_employee_history) table. Use the employee history records to track changes in the career: for instance, under whose supervision an employee worked, what was their job title and how long did they work on it, and what was the size of compensation.
