Employee Profile
Employee profile on the portal
The portal users with access to the Organizational structure of the company can view the information about their colleagues on the Employee profile page. The profile contains contact details and general information about the employee.
Roles required:
- Read – portal users with access to the Organizational Structure section.
- Edit employee skills – the employee specified in the profile, hrm_agent.
To open an employee profile, complete the following steps:
- On the portal, navigate to Main page → Organizational structure.
- Enter the employee first and second name in the search field or find them manually in the tree structure.
- Click the employee name to open their profile.
Employee profile in the agent interface
Roles required:
- Read – any agent interface users.
- Update – hrm_agent.
Agent interface users can view information about their colleagues in the Employee (employee) table as well as edit it if they have special roles. To do this, complete the following steps:
- In the agent interface, navigate to Organization → Employees and open the required employee's record.
- In the burger menu in the top-left corner of the form, go to View → HRMS.
Employee form fields in the HRMS view
In contrast to other Employee form views, the HRMS view additionally displays the following fields:

| Effective from | N | Specify the date when the employee started working for the company. |
The logic of the following fields differs in the HRMS view from that of other views:

| Manager | N | Specify the user who is the manager of the employee. If the Immediate unit field is completed, you can specify only the manager who is the head of the specified unit. |
| Immediate unit | Y | Specify the immediate unit where the employee works. If the Manager field is completed, you can specify only the unit headed by the manager. |
Related lists
The following tabs are characteristic of HRMS:
- Skills – the list contains the skills associated with the employee.
- Employment Changes – the list contains the records of updates in the employee career path.
- Form Instances by Employee – the list contains the form instances sent to the employee for completion.
- Form Instances on Employee – the list contains the form instances with questions about the current employee that were sent for completion to other employees.
Employee profile widgets
The employee profile consists of three widgets:
- Employee information
- Work group
- Career
The data in the first two widgets and in the Specialization field of the Career widget is taken from the Employee (employee) table and is read-only. Each user can edit the list of their Skills in the Career widget. The list of all skills is available in the Skills (hrm_skills) table.
