Getting Started with HRMS
After you install and configure HRMS, ensure that SimpleOne and HRMS contain records of the necessary entities for full-fledged HR management.
To work with HRMS, install the master data package that comes with the application. The master data package contains the data that provides basic functionality of HRMS. You can also install a package with the demo data, which will help you better understand the basic functionality of the application. The demo data package is available upon request. You need to configure records in the Simple and HRMS applications' tables listed below for the system to reflect your corporate structure. The records must be created manually by users with the admin role.
