Fill In an HR Form Instance
Authorized users can fill in personal instances of HR forms on the portal. To do this:

Follow one of the paths below to open the required HR form instance:
Path Steps Via the Forms and Surveys card - On the portal, go to Main Page → Forms and Surveys card → Form Instances.
- (optional) Go to one of the available categories: New, In progress, or Completed.
- Open the required instance record.
Via the Activities header category - On the portal, go to Main Page → Activities → Form instance.
- Open the required instance record.

Click Start to start filling in the instance.

Answer to the questions. To do this:
- Click the required option to reply to a single select multiple question: the empty radio button will be filled → .
- Select checkboxes next to the required options to reply to a multi-select multiple question: empty boxes will be checked → . Click the checkbox again to clear it.
- Fill in the text box to reply to a brief constructed or constructed question.
- Use the attachment window to upload files in order to reply to a question with an attachment. To add your files, drag and drop them into the attachment window or click Upload from computer and add files via the file manager.

(optional) You can return to filling in the instance later. Click Close and confirm the action to save changes, or cancel the action to continue without saving.

Click Send to submit your answers and proceed to the final page of the instance.

(optional) Click Go to available instances to see the list of your HR form instances.
As soon as an HR form instance is completed, the system sends notifications to the approvers and the following changes apply:
- if checkers are specified on the form of a related launch, the test's state changes to Submitted,
- if checkers are not specified, the test's state changes to Completed.
Retake a test
If the settings of the Test HR form category allow retaking the test, you can fill out your instance again. To do this:
- On the portal, go to Main page → Forms and Surveys.
- Go to the Completed subcategory and open the required instance record.
You can also access the instance record from the notification sent to your email after the test is checked. To access it, click Go to instance.
