Responses to HR Form Questions

Main information about the responses to HR form questions registered in the system is stored in the Form Response (hrm_form_response) table. Use records of this table to view the responses to the questions of a specific form or launch.

Roles required:

  • Read – hrm_supervisor, hrm_form_launch_manager, hrm_agent, hrm_admin; respondents with access to agent interface can view their records; organizational unit managers can view records of their subordinates on the portal.
  • Create – respondents, hrm_admin.
  • Edit – respondents; hrm_form_launch_manager can edit the Obtained score field in their launches.
  • Delete – hrm_admin.

View responses


To view responses to HR form questions, in the agent interface, navigate to Human Resource ManagementForms and SurveysForm Instance Responses.

You can group responses by the questions or form instances to which they belong.

The maximum number of points a respondent can get by answering the question correctly.

The field is completed automatically and displayed on the responses to HR forms that belong to the Test category.

Obtained scoreNThe field is completed automatically with the sum of scores for the respondent's correct answers.
CommentN

The field is completed automatically with the checker's comment.

The field is displayed on the responses to HR forms that belong to the Test category.

Edit obtained score


Users with the hrm_form_launch_manager role can edit the Obtained score field in their launches. To do so:

  1. In the agent interface, navigate to Human Resource ManagementForms and SurveysForm Instance Responses.
  2. Open the required record and edit the Obtained score field value.
  3. Click Save or Save and exit to apply the changes.
