New features

Asset visibility for users without roles and search feature

We updated asset visibility rules for users who are not assigned any special role. Now such users can access their asset list on the self-service portal under the new section My assets. For more information, see the Asset article. Also, we added the full-text asset search feature. To start using the feature, follow the instructions provided in the ITAM Application Deployment article under the Add full text search for assets on the portal section.

Improvements

ITAM-ITSM connector update

We updated the ITAM-ITSM connector. If you set up the connector in the past or would like to deploy it for the first time, follow the instructions in the ITAM Application Deployment article under the Update installing section on the 1.2.5 tab.

Fixes

DEF0019363: Fixed the error that prevented the Related assets field from showing on an incident, request, change request, and problem forms if a configuration item was specified at the time of creating a corresponding record.
