ITSM Notification Properties
Use the following properties to set up the notifications of the ITSM solution: message content, links, titles, and other.
To view all available system properties, navigate to System Properties → All Properties.
itsm.notification.additional_comments.icon.href
Specify the URL to the image that is displayed in the Discussion block of the notification templates.
