ITSM Application Deployment

To deploy the ITSM application, complete the following steps:

1. Install the ITSM application.
2. (optional) Deploy the demo data.

To install the ITSM application for the first time, use the full version pack. To update the application from the previous versions, use the update packages.

Deploy full version

warning

Before you deploy the ITSM version 1.20.1, ensure you have the 1.29.0 or later version of the platform installed, as well as the ESM version 2.0.0.

To deploy the full version of ITSM on your instance, install the [ITSM] 1.20.1 full.sop full application package.

Install updates

To update the ITSM application from the 1.19.0 version to the 1.20.1 version, install the [ITSM] 1.20.1.sop application package.
