Notification Handling

In SimpleOne, you can set up outgoing notifications about new tasks, state changes, and new comments. You can also configure incoming emails. For example, a received response to a notification can be automatically added to the corresponding task as an additional comment. Depending on the subject of the notifications, they may contain buttons with the necessary functionality.

Inbound Email Actions


Incoming emails are processed through scripts and initiate creating new tasks based on the email subject, add comments to the tasks, and perform other actions.

Notification Rules


Notification rules provide automatic notifications to users who are involved or interested in work on a particular task, request, or incident.

Notification Templates


Notification rules come with templates that you can create from scratch, edit, and customize their appearance. In this section, you will also find a list of standard SimpleOne notifications.
