Data Import and Export

Data import and export functions provide access to data from files, other applications, web services, and external devices.

Data Import​

You can upload data to your instance in the JSON, XML, and Excel formats. Read this article to learn how to set up the import using such items as the import source, import set, transform map, and field map.

LDAP Import Source​

Use the LDAP database as the source of data import.

Quick Import​

Data can be imported into your instance in a quick and easy way without setting up a transform map. Note that the quick import has its specifics and limits.

Quick Export​

Retrieve data from the lists into the Excel or JSON files from the list view. The exported files can be imported to other instances.
