Service Catalog

In the Service Catalog section, you can create a request for any available service — for example, to submit a vacation request or request new equipment.

If a service has published external specifications, they are also available on the request form.

For more information about configuring the service catalog, see the Service Portal article in the Platform Business Tools section.

To submit a request, select a service from the catalog, fill in the required fields, add attachments if needed, and click Send.

You will receive email notifications about the process updates in your request. You can reply to these messages — your responses will be added to the request form.
