Assets​

Learn what information is stored in each asset record and how to manage it. Changing the stage, state, responsible person, and stock of an asset is possible only by completing corresponding tasks.

In this section, you will also find information about the additional functionality that you can use to create asset records as a result of review and validation of the configuration items processed according to the specified conditions.

Consignment Consumption​

This article describes a table that stores all records of active and canceled consignment consumptions that were used as part of individual tasks for each asset. Additionally, the information about consignment consumption is displayed on the form of the corresponding task and on the form of an asset with the Consignment checkbox selected.
