Knowledge Base

The SimpleOne Knowledge Base is a self-serve online library containing information about the company's products and services.

Generally, the Knowledge Base page consists of the following elements:

  1. Breadcrumbs – allow you to navigate within the portal page structure.
  2. Side menu – displays all categories of the Knowledge Base.
  3. Main area – displays chosen category articles.

To go to the article you need, select the applicable card.

The knowledge article page consists of the following elements:

  1. Breadcrumbs – allow you to navigate within the portal pages structure.
  2. Side menu – displays all categories of the Knowledge Base.
  3. Article form – displays the article body and additional information.
