Activities
The Self-Service Portal (SSP) contains the current user's workspace, Activities. Here, you can track tickets (incidents and service requests) add manage approval requests.
The Activities include the following elements:
- Tickets
- Approvals
The presence indicator is displayed on the record forms of the activities. See the Form Layout article to learn how to configure it.
Tickets
This page contains records owned by the current user (the Caller field value is (dynamic) Me).
To see tickets of a particular type, use the navigation on the left.
To make a selection of tickets or to find a specific record, use the fields above the tickets:
- Keywords search – enter characters that a record should contain.
- Filter by date – specify a period within which a record was created.
- Filter by state – select one or more states from the drop-down list.
Approvals
This page contains approval tickets in the Requested state for the current user to approve or reject (the Approver field value is (dynamic) Me and the approval State is Requested).
To make a selection of approvals or to find a specific record, use the fields above the tickets:
- Search by keywords – enter characters that a record should contain.
- Filter by date – specify a period within which a record was created.
- Filter by state – select one or more states from the drop-down list.
