CRM Demonstration Data

A set of demonstration data is available for the CRM application. The package is meant to help a new user quickly grasp the functionality and overall logic of the application. The demonstration data include examples of records for all major application tables, as well as records in the Simple Application tables, such as employees with the configured roles. You can use them to explore the application role model.

  • The demo data do not include an example of a configured SharePoint connection.

  • The demo data is only available in Russian at the moment.

Deploy the demo data

Role required: admin.

To deploy the demo data on your instance, complete the following steps:

  1. Ensure that CRM application is installed on your instance. Click the icon in the right upper corner of the screen to open the Preferences menu. Check if the CRM option is present in the Application drop-down list.

  2. Ensure that CRM master data is installed.

  3. Download the files with the demo data:

    • A CRM 1.2.1 Demo data JSON file with the unversioned records.
    • A CRM 1.2.1 Demo data SOP file with the versioned records (the package includes only the records of the CRM Script Action table).
  4. Install the SOP and JSON files in any order. Use the following guides:

If the import is successful, the data described below will appear on your instance.

Demo data (CRM entities)

  • 2 sales directions

  • 6 sales direction boards. It includes two opportunity boards, two content boards and two template boards.

  • 20 leads with different states and disqualification codes

  • 10 customer companies. The Customer Company (crm_customer_company) table includes the records of its child table, Partner (crm_partner). The list interface will display 15 records.
  • 6 responsibilities. Information is added about the employees of different sales directions who are responsible for customer companies.
  • 25 customer contacts. Some of the contacts are related to the customer companies.
  • 5 actions. The Action table (crm_action) includes the records of its child tables: CRM Task (crm_task), Meeting (crm_appointment), Email (crm_email), Phone Call (crm_phone_call). The list interface will display 25 records.
