ITSM Demonstration Data
The ITSM demonstration data is developed to help you understand the application logic and get familiar with the functionality faster.

Add demo data only to demo instances. After importing SOP and JSON files to the instance, run the Preparation for demo server-side script (/record/sys_script/171222864510409628) to display the Timeline widget correctly.

Import demo data in Russian and English to different instances. When importing to a single instance, some demo records may be overwritten.

If you imported the JSON file into the platform version 1.23.2 and higher, run the scheduled script To make groups active and of type assignment
record/sys_schedule_script/172234054712189981to select the Active checkbox and the Assignment group type in the ITSM demo groups.
General Settings
The provider company and customer company are added to the system for the service exchange. Each company has demonstrational employee accounts. Apart from that, the configuration items, the service request subject generation rules and indicators are added.
Portal Structure and Services
Portal users can create service requests in the Service Catalog. The portal Knowledge Base contains the service descriptions, SLA and standing orders for the incidents related to the services.
Record Examples
The demonstration data includes examples of problems, change requests, service requests, incidents, user queries.
