Patch 1.3.1

This version of the application features enhanced inventory logic to prevent errors and potential falsification of results. The updates have been made to the system behavior and some settings to streamline user operations.

Improvements

Inventory

In this version of the application, editing the Assets to be Inventoried list is available depending on the inventory report created. You can add or remove assets to tbe inventoried only before the asset list is uploaded to the Inventory widget, or when there is no active inventory report is related to the task. To reset the inventory report, click Restart in the Inventory widget.

This change ensures the accuracy of the results in the Inventory statement and eliminates risks of providing false information on the inventory done due to removing or adding assets to the task when there has already been an active Inventory report created.

Fixes

DEF0020129: In the Add asset widget, the buttons used to navigate to a different page of the asset list occasionally failed to function due to an issue with the rendering of the click area. This version features an enlarged click area and fully restored functionality for the pagination buttons.

DEF0019062: In the ITAM Tasks table, we have deactivated the Type filed that was not used by any functionality of the application.

DEF0018711: In the previous version of the system, it was possible to edit the list of assets to be inventoried after receiving the Inventory report and before closing the task. This increased the possibility of false inventory results due to presence or absence of the inventory date updates in the asset records. You still can edit the list of assets to be inventoried, but only after the last Inventory Report created is canceled.

DEF0018711: We have resolved an issue with the system's inability to load an inventory file containing assets with non-existent inventory numbers that only contain digits. When attempting to load such a file, an error message was displayed in the console, stating: VM417:458 Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: asset.number.replace is not a function. This version of the system correctly processes files with new assets whose inventory numbers only contain digits.
