When installing ITAM 1.3.2 or upgrading to it on an instance with the platform version 1.25.0 installed, or when subsequently upgrading the platform to version 1.25.0, the functionality of the asset contracts will be limited.

To restore the functionality, follow these steps after installing the new platform version:

1. Open the Contract category (contract_category) column record of the Contract table.
2. Select the Active checkbox.
3. Save the record.

Documentation Updates

This release includes enhancements to the documentation. The Active article has been revised to provide a more accurate definition of an asset. Also, the description of its form functionality has been updated to ensure clarity and consistency.

Fixes

DEF0020389: In the previous version of the application, users with the itam_demand_agent role could view all approvals. In this release, the access control has been corrected, and these users can now only view approvals for ITAM Demand and tasks within ITAM.

DEF0019578: In previous versions of the application, the modal window for adding assets to a task was unstable. The modal window now operates as expected, providing a stable user experience.

DEF0019384: Two technical sets of related lists existed in the Nomenclature (itam_nomenclature) table settings. One set, which was not utilized by the application logic, has been removed to streamline functionality.
