Ticket Display Condition
The end user can track their tickets on the service portal. The platform administrator can set a display condition for the list of tickets without changing the list widget configuration.

Create ticket display condition
To create a ticket display condition for the end user, complete the following steps:
- Navigate to System Settings → All Tables and open the My Ticket Display Condition (my_tickets_condition) record
- Scroll the page down to the list of actions and click Create record.
- Fill in the required fields.
- Click Save or Save and exit to apply the changes.
My Ticket Display Condition form fields
Field | Mandatory | Description |

Table | N | The field is completed automatically with the table the ticket belongs to. |
Name | Y | Specify the name of the record |
Active | N | The checkbox shows whether the record containing the condition is active. The checkbox is selected by default. |
Condition | N | Specify the condition to search by key words. The field is available for editing by the end user on the service portal. |
Fixed condition | N | Specify the fixed condition. The field is available for editing by on the agent interface. |
