Ticket Display Condition

The end user can track their tickets on the service portal. The platform administrator can set a display condition for the list of tickets without changing the list widget configuration.

Create ticket display condition


To create a ticket display condition for the end user, complete the following steps:

  1. Navigate to System SettingsAll Tables and open the My Ticket Display Condition (my_tickets_condition) record
  2. Scroll the page down to the list of actions and click Create record.
  3. Fill in the required fields.
  4. Click Save or Save and exit to apply the changes.

TableNThe field is completed automatically with the table the ticket belongs to.
NameYSpecify the name of the record
ActiveNThe checkbox shows whether the record containing the condition is active. The checkbox is selected by default.
ConditionNSpecify the condition to search by key words. The field is available for editing by the end user on the service portal.
Fixed conditionNSpecify the fixed condition. The field is available for editing by on the agent interface.
