Offerings
You can register offerings and save links to the documents related to them.
To create an offering, complete the steps below:
- Navigate to CRM → Marketing → Offering.
- Click New and fill in the fields.
- Click Save or Save and exit to apply the changes.
Offering form fields

| Service or product | Y | Specify a service or product to which the offering is related. |
| Link to document folder | N | Specify a link to folder that contains documents related to the offering. |
| Semantic channel | N | Specify a link to the semantic channel – an analog of the semantic core in a graph, without taking into account the frequency of queries. In other words, it is a list of words and phrases used by the potential customers to search for your products, derived from the product parameters, functionality and the problems that it solves. |
| Dictionary | N | Specify a link to the dictionary – the disclosure of terms related to the product subject area. |
| Problems of moving up the ladder of recognition | N | Specify a link to the problems of moving up the recognition ladder – a matrix with the following content: consumers / steps of the ladder / types of content / transition problems. |
| Analysis of customer problems | N | Specify a link to the analysis of the customer problems. |
| Niches positioning | N | Specify a link to the niches positioning according to the semantic channel. |
| Responsible | N | Specify an employee responsible for the offering. |
| Product details by tag | N | Specify a link to the product details by tags that contain identification of components and areas of functionality or product features that are your company's strengths and differentiators from the competitors. |
