Marketing Campaigns

Add information about the marketing campaigns conducted on the external platforms for the attraction of the leads and track their progress. When you add leads and opportunities, you can connect them to the marketing campaigns.

tip

Role required: crm_marketeer, crm_admin, crm_sales, crm_manager. Only crm_admin and crm_manager can edit the Owner field value.

To create a marketing campaign, complete the steps below:

1. Navigate to CRM → Marketing → Marketing Campaigns.
2. Click New and fill in the fields.
3. Click Save or Save and exit to apply the changes.

Marketing Campaign form fields

Type	Y	Specify the type of the marketing campaign. Available options: Advertising (PPC) CDC (Content Distribution Channel) Event Mailing list Online event Organic (SEO) Telemarketing Other
Planned start date	N	Specify the marketing campaign planned start date.
Planned end date	N	Specify the marketing campaign planned end date.
Actual start date	N	Specify the marketing campaign actual start date.
Actual end date	N	Specify the marketing campaign actual end date.
Allocated budget	N	Specify the allocated budget for the marketing campaign.
Actual budget	N	Specify the actual budget for the marketing campaign.
Expected revenue	N	Specify the expected revenue from the marketing campaign.
Conversion to leads	N	Specify the conversion percentage of the marketing campaign audience into leads.
Owner	N	Specify the owner of the marketing campaign.
Responsible	Y	Specify the employee responsible for the marketing campaign.
UTM campaign	N	Specify the UTM tag of the marketing campaign.
HTTP referrer	N	Specify the HTTP referrer of the marketing campaign.
Description	N	Add the marketing campaign description.

The form contains the Activity Feed widget. Only users with the crm_marketeer, crm_admin, crm_sales, crm_manager roles can leave comments there.

The record contains the following related lists:

• Leads
• Marketing Lists
• Tasks
• Emails
• Meetings
• Phone Calls

Navigate to CRM → Marketing → Marketing Campaigns to see previously created marketing campaigns. Open a Marketing Campaign record to manage it. Click Activate / Deactivate to change the Active value for the campaign. Inactive marketing campaigns are hidden from the default list interface.
