New features

  • The users of the partner portal can add opportunity registrations. The opportunity regitrations are added to the Lead table in the agent interface for further processing and qualification. A qualified registration creates an opportunity.

The Customer Company and Customer Contact table records can be used during the creation of an opportunity registration.

The users can see the opportunity registrations and opportunities created from them in the partner portal.

A new role crm_partner_supervisor is added to the system. An employee with this role is the main contact of the partner company. Users with this role can see not only their records, but also all of their company's opportunity registrations and opportunities in the partner portal.

Improvements

The improvements of the Lead form:

  • The new fields Job title, Partner representative, Partner company are added to the form.
  • The order of existing fields is changed, the UI texts are improved.
  • The validation of unique values for the Company name, Company website, Company TIN is improved. Now the value is compared only with the list of customer companies, ignoring the partner companies.
  • The Vendor option is added to the Lead source dropdown list.

Fixes

DEF0018177: The access level of the admin role has been extended: a user with this role can add records to the Sales Direction table.

DEF0018515: Extra spaces have been removed from the titles of the Contact person level dropdown options on the Lead and Opportunity forms.
