User Queries | SLA Indications SA |
The logic of task tracking is now identical for the following tables: Problems, Incidents, Service Requests, and Change Requests. The exact list of changes:
- The editing of the followers list is now available not only to the assigned user, but also to any user with the ITSM_agent role if they have access to the corresponding table.
- The editing of the followers list is not available if the task is Closed or Canceled.
- The notifications are sent to all task followers when the values of the following fields are changed: State, Assigned user, Work notes. The notifications are also sent when a follower is added to or deleted from the task.
Notifications
A new notification sent when the caller changes the service request or incident Urgency is added. The notification is sent to the assigned user or, if it is not specified, to all members of the assigned group. The notification text includes the information about the previous and current values of the Urgency and Priority fields of the task.
Demonstration data
The demo data for the Monitoring and Event Management section have been compiled into a separate SOP-file downloaded with the ITSM update file. To install the demo data, import this file and run the Event Management data generation server script.
Other
The State field has been moved to the General tab of the Change Request form for the standardization of the ITSM forms.
