Savings Allocation

Use this table to control and monitor savings from the budget.

tip

Roles required:

  • Create, editadmin or budget_manager
  • Readadmin, budget_manager, or budget_agent

No one can delete savings allocation records.

Create a savings allocation record


To create a new savings allocation record, complete the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the Budgets → Savings Allocations.
  2. Click New and fill in the fields of the form that opens.
  3. Click Save or Save and Exit to apply the changes.

Savings allocation form fields

SavingsYSpecify the savings record for which the allocation record is created.
Allocated budgetYSelect an allocated budget record.
Allocated budget itemYSpecify an allocated budget item related to the record.
Allocated amountYSpecify the allocated amount.
CurrencyYSpecify the currency of the allocated amount.
StateYSpecify the savings allocation state. Available options:
  • Reserved
  • Pending approval
  • Allocated
  • Canceled
Work notesNSpecify additional information.

The Activty Feed widget with the History and Work Notes tabs is available on the form of a saved record.

Each savings allocation record receives a unique displayable name after saving the record. The name is generated according to the following template: SVAXXXXXXX Name. Example: SVA0000032 Allocation of remaining sum for 2024.
