Savings Allocation
Use this table to control and monitor savings from the budget.
tip
Roles required:
- Create, edit – admin or budget_manager
- Read – admin, budget_manager, or budget_agent
No one can delete savings allocation records.
Create a savings allocation record
To create a new savings allocation record, complete the following steps:
- Navigate to the Budgets → Savings Allocations.
- Click New and fill in the fields of the form that opens.
- Click Save or Save and Exit to apply the changes.
Savings allocation form fields

Allocated budget | Y | Select an allocated budget record. |

The Activty Feed widget with the History and Work Notes tabs is available on the form of a saved record.

Each savings allocation record receives a unique displayable name after saving the record. The name is generated according to the following template: SVAXXXXXXX Name
. Example: SVA0000032 Allocation of remaining sum for 2024.
