Partner Levels

Partner levels are exact milestones that can be achieved by a partner in the program. Each level implies a special set of requirements and interaction between the vendor and the partner. You can create unique levels for each program.

Users of a particular sales direction can access partnership levels of the corresponding partnership program if they have one of the roles:
  • crm_sales
  • crm_manager
  • crm_marketeer
  • crm_pam

Other users can access the record if they are:
  • the responsible employee
  • the manager of the responsible employee
  • the delegate of the responsible employee
Write
  • admin
  • crm_admin

Other users if they are:
  • the responsible employee.
  • the manager of the responsible employee
  • the delegate of the responsible employee
Delete
  • crm_pam
  • crm_admin
  • admin

To create a partner level, complete the following steps:

  1. Navigate to CRM → Partner Management → Partner Levels.
  2. Click New and fill in the fields.
  3. Click Save or Save and exit to apply the changes.

Partner Level form fields

LevelYSpecify the level name.
RequirementsYSelect the article that contains the requirements to get the level. If you create the requirements from the partner level form, some of the fields (Content DB, KB category, Content item class) are filled in automatically. These default values are in Russian.
DescriptionNAdd a description for the partner level.
Partnership programYSelect the partnership program which the level belongs to.
ResponsibleNThe employee responible for the selected partnership program. The field is read-only and is displayed after the first saving of the record.
