Partnership Agreements

Create partnership agreements to register the state of partner relationships with companies and save information about major contacts in them within the partnership programs.

Users can read agreements related to the partnership programs of their sales directions if they have one of the following roles:
  • crm_sales
  • crm_manager
  • crm_marketeer
  • crm_pam

Other users can read the records if they are:
  • the responsible employee
  • the manager of the responsible employee
  • the delegate of the responsible employee
Write
  • crm_admin
  • admin

Also writing is allowed for any user if they are:
  • the responsible employee
  • the manager of the responsible employee
  • the delegate of the responsible employee
Delete
  • crm_pam
  • crm_admin
  • admin

To create a partnership agreement, complete the following steps:

  1. Navigate to CRM → Partner Management → Partnership Agreements.
  2. Click New and fill in the fields.
  3. Click Save or Save and exit to apply the changes.

Partnership Agreement form fields

FieldMandatoryDescription
StateNSelect the current state of partnership agreement. Possible options:
  • Draft — the agreement has not been concluded. Default value.
  • Valid — the agreement is active and the partnership is valid. Only the contacts related to partnership agreements in this state can login to partner portals.
  • Terminated — the agreement is no longer valid.
PartnerYSpecify the partner company for which you create the agreement.
Partnership applicationNSpecify a related partnership application.
Partnership programYSpecify a partnership program through which you create the agreement.
Main contactNSpecify the main contact in the partner company.
Key regionsNSpecify key regions in which the partner operates.
DescriptionNAdd a description of the agreement.
ResponsibleYSpecify an employee, responsible for the work on the agreement.
Link to the product pageNSpecify a link to the product page to relate the promoted product with the created agreement.

The Activity feed widget is located on the form. Use it to leave Additional comments and Work notes.

The CRM Customer Contact Information shows brief information about the Main contact.

The Terminate button is available on the form for the agreements in the Valid state. When clicked, the agreement enters the Terminated state, and the contacts related to the agreement can no longer access the partner portal.
