Email Properties

Use the following properties to set up your email notifications: message content, links, titles, and other.

To get a list of available system properties, navigate to System PropertiesAll Properties.

itsm.notification.additional_comments.icon.href


Specify the URL to the image that is displayed in the Discussion block of the notification templates.
